Shan H. Yamamoto

 

Shan obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2002, and her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2006. Prior to her admittance to the California Bar in 2007, she volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and provided Pro Bono services through community outreach programs. Since joining the law firm in May of 2008, as senior trial counsel and experienced negotiator, she has successfully obtained favorable verdicts and settlements for clients in the areas of insurance subrogation, including, but not limited to, products liability, government tort liability, automobile, property, and fire damage. Shan is experienced in filing and responding to claims in inter-company arbitration. She is a member of the Ventura County Asian American Bar Association.
